Enjoyed the room with a nice view of the park. Having a hair dryer and walk-in shower was a nice surprise. Really liked the city and the hotel, definitely planning on returning 🌳.

The rooms at Elaya Hotel Kevelaer are simply amazing. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, like a desk, TV, and a private bathroom. The air conditioning is a godsend in the hot summer months. I felt like I was in my own little oasis!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the rainfall showerheads. But hey, that's just me.

Spent Xmas in this hotel and loved the quiet neighborhood and cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was tasty and big enough, and the room was spacious and tidy with a good view. Staff was friendly and fluent in English. the location close to the town centre made it easy to explore the surroundings and find nice restaurants. the hotel's design was modern and well-priced.

One setback was that the reception had limited opening hours, which made it difficult to get assistance. there was some noise coming from the neighbourhood restaurants in the evenings that could be disruptive.

The hotel is situated in a charming town near the border to the Netherlands. Guests can enjoy a spacious and comfortable room with a beautiful view of the neighboring landscape. the receptionist is very helpful and the hotel restaurant is nicely designed and offers plenty of delicious dining options.

Guests may experience some noise from neighboring restaurants during the weekend, but it doesn't last too late into the night.

I chose Elaya Hotel Kevelaer Ehemals Rilano 24 7 specifically to visit St. Mary's Basilica, and it was worth it! The location of the hotel allowed me to easily explore this beautiful pilgrimage site. the complimentary wireless internet access was a pleasant surprise. I especially liked relaxing at the bar at Rilano 24-7 Hotel Kevelaer.

Limited staff presence, dead phone, and unreliable wifi on the third floor were minor inconveniences during my stay.

The breakfast offered was also very delicious and filling, giving us plenty of energy for our day ahead. we loved the convenience of being located close to the town center and within easy reach of the bus stop for our airport transfer.

Although we overall enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor drawbacks to note. the check-in process was slightly complicated, as we had to use a safety box to collect our room keys.

The convenience of the nearest airport, Rilano 24|7 Kevelaer, being just 7 km away, made it an ideal choice for a short stopover. the hotel was easily accessible and saved me valuable time during my journey.

I must mention a slight inconvenience during my check-in experience at Elaya Hotel. Upon arrival in the evening, there was no employee present on the premises, and I had to call them for guidance on accessing my room.

I always come back to this hotel. The staff made me feel at home with their helpfulness. It suits me perfectly - Wi-Fi, parking, luggage storage, bar, snack bar. Ideal for my business trips. No regrets!
